I/D поліморфізм гена ангiотензин- перет ворюючого ферменту (АСЕ) при визначенні схильності спортсменів до занять різними видами спорту

Анотація

Установлена возможность определения склонности к высокой физической работоспособности в разных видах спорта путем детекции молекулярно-генетических маркеров. Рассмотрена информативность использования определения I/D полиморфизма гена АСЕ для спортивного отбора. Изучены особенности распределения частоты генотипов по I/D полиморфизму гена АСЕ в группах спортсменов разных видов спорта и в группе лиц, у которых отсутствует стаж регулярных занятий спортом. Подтверждено, что I/D полиморфизм гена АСЕ ассоциирован со склонностью к занятиями скоростно-силовыми видами спорта, а D-аллель способствует высокой работоспособности в этих видах.
