Анотація

Изучали влияние секционных занятий волейболом, направленных на оптимизацию двигательного развития и физической работоспособности, на организм ребят 14–16 лет. Предлагаемая программа секционных занятий волейболом является эффективным средством функционального, двигательного развития и увеличения физической работоспособности.
