Современные взгляды на диагностику метаболической кардиомиопатии вследствие хронического физического перенапряжения организма спортсменов

Анотація

Представлено огляд досліджень, присвячений діагностиці метаболічної кардіо­ міопатії внаслідок хронічного фізичного перенапруження (КМПФП) у спортсменів. Особливий акцент зроблено на ранній діагностиці КМПФП, заснованій на даних електрокардіографії (ЕКГ), ехокардіографії і результатах визначення парних тропонинів I у відповідь на дозоване вело­ергометричне навантаження. Обґрунтовано алгоритм діагностики, який дозволяє виявля­ ти зустрічальність КМПФП у спортсменів у 0,39 % випадків.
